Terms of Service

License

When you purchase a banware product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that software on your own machine. You do not own the software - you own the right to run it under these terms.

Licenses are issued per-user and are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, loan, or otherwise hand your license to another person.

What you may not do

• Crack, patch, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any banware software or its protection mechanisms
• Share, leak, or distribute your license key, loader, or any authenticated build to any other person
• Redistribute banware software - in whole or in part - in any form without explicit written permission from banware
• Use banware software in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Resell access or sublicense the software under any arrangement
• Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to defeat the authentication or license validation system

License revocation

banware reserves the right to revoke any license at any time, for any reason, without notice or refund. This includes but is not limited to violations of these terms, abuse of support channels, chargebacks, or activity determined to be harmful to the software, its users, or the banware brand.

Revocation is final. A revoked license cannot be reinstated.

No redistribution

You may not redistribute banware software, in original or modified form, through any channel - public or private, paid or free - without explicit prior written permission from banware. This includes sharing files in Discord servers, Telegram groups, forums, file hosts, or direct messages.

Unauthorized redistribution will result in immediate license revocation and may result in further action.

Updates and availability

banware makes no guarantee of uptime, continued development, or long-term availability of any product. Software may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. Purchasing a product gives you access to the current version - it does not guarantee future versions or features.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once a license key has been delivered. Chargebacks filed against a banware purchase will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license and a ban from future purchases.

banware software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. banware is not liable for any damages - direct, indirect, or incidental - arising from use of its software. You use it at your own risk.
